First class passengers receive a host call to confirm arrangements for the complimentary chauffer transfers and they assist you through the designated check-in and the Express path through immigration to the luxury lounge with full facilities. On board the seats are extra wide and recline to fully flat, have a sheepskin mattress, luxury pillows, blankets and a duvet. If you plan to sleep right away the attendant will have your bed prepared before boarding along with a cotton sleeping suit, socks and slippers and a luxury amenities kit. If you're going to stay awake for a while the arm rest controls let you make seat adjustments for your personal preferences, and the ottoman provides seating for an in-suite companion. Meals are designed by top chefs and on some flights an eight course dinner is served. 50-kg of checked luggage is permitted.

Premium Economy Class Premium Economy Class

Premium economy passengers on Qantas enjoy priority check-in at dedicated check in counters and boarding lanes in some airports. The private cabin with 32-40 seats has dedicated attendants who serve a complimentary sparkling wine or beverage on boarding and there is a continuous refreshment service and a self-serve bar. You can select your meal before online at Q-eat, 24 hours before departure where there are some exclusive online options and your food is served on stylish tableware. The extra wide seat has a multi-way adjustable head rest and the footrest extends out from the seat so you can stretch out. There is more leg and elbow room and the seat reclines farther than in Economy, and there is an in-seat power connection and priority disembarking. Passengers enjoy 40-kg of baggage allowance.

Business Class Business Class

Business class travellers can enjoy most of the same privileges and on board the multi-position ergonomically designed leather "Skybeds" have a massage function and convert into a 2-meter flat bed and a "Wellbeing Tea" ensures a tranquil flight. The 22-cm personal touch-screen TV has a noise cancelling headset. On some planes there is a business lounge with a large screen TV and self-service bar. There is a restaurant style meal service with seasonal fresh meals designed by top chefs and accompanied by award winning Australian wines. All seats have 110V power outlets and USB connections and passengers enjoy priority disembarking and luggage retrieval which can be up to 40-kg.

Economy Class Economy Class

In Economy class on Qantas the standard slim line seats have adjustable headrests and a soft recline feature, and pillows and blankets are available. There's a selection of hot meals, snacks and drinks and a faster food service and clean-up to allow passengers more time to rest or to enjoy the in-flight entertainment. There's no limit on the number of checked suitcases as long as they don’t exceed 30-kg and one piece of hand luggage plus a handbag are permitted.

One World Alliance

A founding member of the One World Alliance, Qantas has partnerships and code share agreements with numerous airlines making connection options more frequent and varied. Their headquarters is located in Mascot, close to Sydney which is their main hub along with Melbourne airport. Their total fleet of 299 aircraft is made up of different models of Airbus and Boeings and Qantas offers flights to over 180 destinations in more than 40 countries, as well as over 20 domestic destinations and they are proud of their four star passenger rating. International flights with Qantas have four classes of seats, on Domestic and Trans Tasman flights there are two, and on Regional flights there is just economy class.
